Orangetheory Fitness to open in Garwood
Participants use a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT Suspension Training and free weights, burning an average of 500-1,200 calories per class. The result is the Orange Effect more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout. The new Garwood studio is the third Orangetheory Fitness studio to open in New Jersey. It is located at 502 North Ave.

Cooper Fitness Center “cream of the crop” again
On the weekends, shes promoting AdvoCare and Skechers shoes in addition to racing. Last month, she ran the Chervon Houston Marathon. Last week, shell at the Austin Marathon. In between, she completed a 16-hour extreme adventure event.
